Thanks so much to everyone who had so many wonderful things to say about One Toe at a Time yesterday at Womenfest!!  I had a really awesome day full of meeting new people, seeing some familiar faces and sharing  reflexology with so many people.  It was a great mix of people who love reflexology and have been enjoying it for years, and those who have never heard of it, or experienced it and finally had their first "mini" session yesterday.  I was also able to introduce [be] essential, the product line of essential oil blends, body and linen sprays, bug sprays, lip balms and body butters, that my sister and I have been working our behinds off creating (www.beblends.com)!!

Hello!  Hello!  I hope you are staying warm in this freezing cold weather!  Many of you know that I am a summer person, so this cold...frigid....freezing, is WAY too cold for me!!!  Oh well, I just have to keep thinking that it will make spring all the more welcome!  How many more days till spring??? :)

It's a New Year...

Happy, Happy New Year to you all!!

 

As we say hello to 2013, I hope that the new year will be a year of compassion, peace, renewed spirits, great health and an abundance of love and happiness!

 

Start your new year off balanced, relaxed and ready to make 2013 your best year yet!!

 

Make a committment to put your health first.  Whether that means eating more mindfully, sleeping more soundly, allowing yourself to play a little more, or taking ten minutes out of your day to meditate and deep breath.  Give yourself what you need.

 

Respect the beautiful body you have been given and treat it well.

It will return the favor, over and over.

 

I look forward to seeing you all in the new year as you strive for balance, relaxation and renewal.
